House
Our house offers
apartments for four (max. five) persons (app. 54 m2). Romantica is a one-storied apartment house with modern
and suitably
furnished apartments in a silent area
where only Athenians come for relaxation and to visit their weekend
cottages during summertime.
The app. 200 metres distant free of charge natural beach (sand and
shingle) might be the place to be during the hot summer days.The
cultivated
3 km distant Votsala Beach at Lagonissi
(four star hotel) is subject of charges. Every
half hour you can catch a bus to and from downtown
Athens. Romantica has a garden with a barbecue-place, a
sun-terrace on the gorgeous roof and a parking inside. Bedlinen
will be provided to our
guests. Each apartment has two
sleeping accommodations, a double room (supplementary bed or baby bed possible),
a bathroom, a kitchen
and a balcony with seaview. A brand-new Satellite-TV-System is also
provided from this season and on.
